Our mission is helping employees volunteer

Our Strategy for 2013 is: 

Improve Communications by: 

  • Developing a marketing strategy for Involve, including social media
  • Celebrating successes
  • Ensuring Involve meshes with other Swindon initiatives

 Secure our Sustainability and Growth by:

  •  Growing the membership (employers, particularly SME’s, and charities)
  • Growing our involvement in the Education & Health sectors
  • Developing a funding model for 2014 and beyond

Increase skills volunteering by:

  • Maintaining team challenge as the core but also focussing on skills volunteering
  • Improving post challenge communication & how to ask volunteers to undertake skills projects
  • Offering more Team skills events
  • Putting on more training events & Trustee recruitment events
  • Facilitating charities learning from each other what they need and how employee volunteers can help
