Our Strategy for 2013 is:
Improve Communications by:
- Developing a marketing strategy for Involve, including social media
- Celebrating successes
- Ensuring Involve meshes with other Swindon initiatives
Secure our Sustainability and Growth by:
- Growing the membership (employers, particularly SME’s, and charities)
- Growing our involvement in the Education & Health sectors
- Developing a funding model for 2014 and beyond
Increase skills volunteering by:
- Maintaining team challenge as the core but also focussing on skills volunteering
- Improving post challenge communication & how to ask volunteers to undertake skills projects
- Offering more Team skills events
- Putting on more training events & Trustee recruitment events
- Facilitating charities learning from each other what they need and how employee volunteers can help
